Dr. Taofeek O. Muraina, Coordinator OAAD ICE Team
Dr. Taofeek O. Muraina is a plant ecologist with a PhD in Agroecology and experience in teaching, research, scientific communication, and editorial service. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, based at the Fort Lauderdale Research and Education Center, Davie, Florida. He serves on the Editorial Boards of Journal of Ecology and Oecologia, and on the Ecological Society of America’s Annual Meeting Abstract Review Committee and British Ecological Society Review College.
Dr. Edidiong O. Atakpa, Assistant Coordinator OAAD ICE Team
Dr. Edidiong O. Atakpa is an environmental microbiologist with a PhD in Ocean Technology and Engineering from Zhejiang University and postdoctoral research experience at Southwest University of Science and Technology, China. Her research spans environmental microbiology, microbial ecology, aquatic biogeochemistry, environmental biotechnology, and pollution remediation, with particular interests in microbial–environment interactions, microbial diversity, and sustainable approaches to environmental management. She has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Hazardous Materials, Environmental Pollution, Chemosphere, Science of the Total Environment, and Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering. She has contributed to multidisciplinary research collaborations and presented her work at scientific conferences. She also serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Hydrological Ecology and Water Security.
Dr. Eunice Oluwabunmi Owoola, Secretary, OAAD ICE Team
Dr. Eunice Oluwabunmi Owoola is an interdisciplinary electronic information and intelligent-sensing researcher with a PhD in Electronic Science and Technology and experience in teaching, research, scientific communication, and editorial service. She just completed her postdoctoral research at Shandong Agricultural University, China. Her research integrates electromagnetic modelling, antenna design and optimization, machine learning, hyperspectral analysis, and data-driven modelling for scientific and engineering applications. She serves as an Editorial Board Member of Scientific Reports, published by Springer Nature, and contributes to scholarly publishing as a peer reviewer for international journals.
OAAD ICE Team is part of OAAD Directorate of Research under the leadership of Dr. Komolafe T. Emmanuel (Director of Research) and Dr. Mansur Hussein (Assistant Director of Research).
