The OAAD Agriculture Research group is pleased to invite you to join our webinar/hands-on training session on microbiome data analysis

📌OBJECTIVE OF THE WEBINAR
The webinar is expected to guide participants on how to use microeco package to carry out downstream analysis of 16S rRNA bacterial data. This session provides hands-on experience and practical strategies for handling, analyzing, and visualizing microbial community data with reproducible R workflows.

📌WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
• Understanding the Workflow of Microbiome Data Analysis
• Getting Started with the microeco Package
• Cleaning, Normalizing, and Visualizing Data in R
• Analyzing Microbial Diversity and Community Structure (PCA, PCoA, NMDS), and interpret ecological relationships in your data.
•Visualize taxonomic composition using bar plots and heatmaps, and conduct differential abundance tests such as LEfSe or Wilcoxon to detect meaningful
